Key Performance Areas:
• Assisting Operations Manager and Shared Department with administrative duties
• Processing of employee information for payroll purposes and following up on queries
• Ensuring that all employees complete a leave form when going on leave and that the forms are signed off by the relevant manager,
• Generating orders from the quotes received,
• Following up on orders, matching of orders, delivery notes and invoices,
• Administer Petty Cash for the plant,
• General filing and administrative duties
• Taking meeting minutes
Knowledge/Education Requirement:
• Grade 12,
• Diploma or degree in accounting / bookkeeping would be an added advantage
• Computer literate (MS Office),
Experience and requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience
• Experience in investigations, report writing and minute taking
• Procurement (SAP Experience)
• Good administration skills essential
• Accounting / bookkeeping- added advantage
Personality Requirements:
• Team player, self-managed, self-motivated, enthusiastic and assertive individual;
• A natural leader with good communication skills;
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Valid code 8 driver’s license & own vehicle;
• Must reside in the close proximity to the operations. (Rustenburg, Mooinooi)
