SUMMARY:
Site Agent - Contracts Manager required for leading Cape Town based building contractor

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Educational requirements: Must have a building degree or diploma

Duties:
  • Manage site Team and Foreman
  • Report to Senior Contracts Director
  • Manage and Implement Financial Control
  • Provide contract interpretation to support implementation and provides cost and financial risk management advice
  • Monitor actual contract costs versus agreed budgets and monitors Material / Labour  & Subcontractor budget
  • Accurately assess Labour and Material time-related output costs and communicate with QS and allocate costs
  •  Identify and manage delays, variations, changes and new items and monitors on-going issues and change management
