Site Agent / Site Manager BUILDING St Francis Bay

Education required: Must have a building degree or diploma

Experience required:

• Must have 10 to 15 years experience gained on Hotel Building Projects or the likes. 
• Must have worked on building projects to the value of R80 million upwards

Preference shall be given to Eastern Cape residents

Duties: This role reports to 2 Directors and is responsible for all site based staff and production

We are ideally looking for a Site Agent who has managed projects of various sizes ranging from R75M upwards from initial planning through to completion.
Must have gained extensive experience in all aspects of the construction processes in terms planning, programming, progress, delays, information flow from design team and subcontractor’s, co-ordination of subcontractor’s, safety, sub contract appointments, payments and monthly valuations.
