Site Manager

SUMMARY:
Opportunity in Stellenbosch for a site manager !

POSITION INFO:

Our client requires an experienced Construction Site Manager with strong leadership skills, in-depth construction knowledge, and proven experience in large-scale construction projects. Projects will be located in the Western Cape.

Duties (including but not limited to):

• Construction project time management and planning.
• Material and plant management.
• Quality control and assurance.
• Allocating resources.
• Staff and subcontractor management.
• Controlling costs and budgets of projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum: Matric with 10 years proven construction experience in the role of site manager.
• Ideally: Diploma in Construction or a B Tech in Building Construction, coupled with a minimum of 10 years proven construction experience in the role of site manager.
• The 10 years construction experience in the role of site manager must be in building construction.
• Civil qualifications and civil experience will NOT be considered.
• Engineering qualifications and experience as a site engineer will NOT be considered.
