POSITION INFO:

Job Description

• To Lead, motivate, and manage warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and quality standards.
• To train new employees on warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and system usage.

• To Maintain communication between operations managers, site staff, and clients.

• To ensure materials are supplied and work is completed on schedule
• To ensure staff follows company guidelines and maintains a safe work environment.
• To supervise the staff daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring all processes run smoothly

• Good understanding of scheduling of staffing and assign tasks productively to each position to achieve an output standard according to site specific SLA’s.

Experience and Education

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business management or logistics is preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role, preferably with experience in a high-volume setting.
• Certifications: Forklift certification, OSHA training, or similar industry certifications may be an advantage.
