POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Supervise and coordinate on-site activities, including contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Enforce health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
• Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure adherence to specifications and plans.
• Resolve on-site challenges and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
• Prepare progress reports and ensure accurate documentation of all activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in high-end residential and/or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant qualification in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and own transport.
