Site QA/QC - Oilfield Equipment

As Site QA/QC, you'll be responsible for coordinating the resources and assure compliance with Company specifications and requirements in support of operational fulfilment and customer requirements

Requirements:

• Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Management systems and proven ability in policy and procedure writing
• Have working knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry.
• Have experience and familiar with the requirements of formal Quality Management Systems and standards, such as ISO 9001:2015 and API Q2 and auditing.
• NDT level II inspection certification
• Have detailed knowledge of requirements associated with the control of monitoring and measuring devices.
• Have Lean Six Sigma Certification (DMAIC GB or BB/MBB Training, Test, Project completion, etc.)

Job Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Acting as the primary focal point within the Subsea Services & Offshore Cote de voire on all quality issues
• Adherence to and compliance with company and regulatory 
  • HSE requirements 
  • Quality management 
• Support the site operation team 
• Follow-up of Assembly and Refurbishment activities 
• Review of the contract to identify all quality requirements 
• Identifies and assigns standard ITPs to part numbers 
• Maintaining product standards 
• Inspecting new manufacture supplier provided parts
• Inspect components, sub-assemblies, assemblies and associated documentation 
• Performing inspection activities at supplier premises, or other off-site locations
• Creating and maintaining accurate records of inspection activities
• Using, controlling and caring for inspection metrology equipment
