Site Supervisor: Construction

SUMMARY:
Site Supervisor in Construction needed to join a Development team which continues to go through periods of expansion. The Site Supervisor will report to the Project Manager.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Site Supervisor in the Northern Sububrs of Cape Town looking to join a team where you can really make an impact with your 3 years’ experience in the building industry. In this role, you will oversee new builds and facility upgrades under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager. You will be instrumental in ensuring that all projects are completed to high standards, on time, and within scope.

Key Performance Outputs:

• Supervise and coordinate new construction projects and facility upgrades.
• Interpret and apply architectural drawings to ensure project accuracy.
• Manage and direct on-site contractors to maintain project timelines and quality.
• Leverage 3-4 years of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates with a strong background in building and construction.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under pressure, meeting all deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of construction processes and services & understanding of architectural drawings!
• Strong communication skills in English & Afrikaans for effective team and client interaction.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel and oversee national projects as required.
