SUMMARY:
Site Supervisor in Construction needed to join a close Development team The Site Supervisor will report to the Senior Project Manager.

POSITION INFO:

Site Supervisor with experience gained in the Construction industry needed in Blackheath, Cape Town.

Start date: Immediately

The Site Supervisor will oversee new builds and facility upgrades under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager.

The role:

Ensure projects are completed to high standards, on time, and within scope.
Supervise and coordinate new construction projects and facility upgrades.
Interpret and apply architectural drawings to ensure project accuracy.
Manage and direct small team of on-site contractors to maintain project timelines and quality.
Leverage 3 years of relevant experience, with a preference for candidates with a strong background in building and construction.

Requirements:

Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under pressure, meeting all deadlines.
Basic knowledge of construction processes and services & understanding of architectural drawings!
Strong communication skills in English & Afrikaans for effective team and client interaction.
Valid driver’s license & own vehicle
Willingness to travel and oversee national projects as required.
