Site Supervisor with 2 years recent experience in the building and construction industry needed.

POSITION INFO:

Site Supervisor with experience gained in the Construction industry needed in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. 

Start date: Immediately

The Site Supervisor will oversee new builds and facility upgrades under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager. 

The role:

• Ensure projects are completed to high standards, on time, and within scope.
• Supervise and coordinate new construction projects and facility upgrades.
• Interpret and apply architectural drawings to ensure project accuracy.
• Manage and direct small team of on-site contractors to maintain project timelines and quality.

Requirements to be met:

• 2 Years Site Supervisor experience in the building / construction industry.
• Completed Matric and Constuction Qualification - will be a bonus!
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under pressure, meeting all deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of construction processes and services & good understanding of architectural drawings!
• Strong communication skills in English & Afrikaans for effective team and client interaction.
• Valid driver’s license & own vehicle - Essential

• Willingness to travel and oversee national projects as required.
