SUMMARY:
Site Supervisor with 2 years recent experience in the building and construction industry needed.

POSITION INFO:

Site Supervisor with experience gained in the Construction industry needed in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.

Start date: Immediately

The Site Supervisor will oversee new builds and facility upgrades under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager.

The role:

Ensure projects are completed to high standards, on time, and within scope.
Supervise and coordinate new construction projects and facility upgrades.
Interpret and apply architectural drawings to ensure project accuracy.
Manage and direct small team of on-site contractors to maintain project timelines and quality.

Requirements to be met:

2 Years Site Supervisor experience in the building / construction industry.
Completed Matric and Constuction Qualification - will be a bonus!
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under pressure, meeting all deadlines.
Basic knowledge of construction processes and services & good understanding of architectural drawings!
Strong communication skills in English & Afrikaans for effective team and client interaction.
Valid driver’s license & own vehicle - Essential
