1. To ensure that sales and treatment revenue targets for the store are met monthly.
2. To ensure that accurate and detailed consultation and Face Mapping are conducted with each new client and ensure all records are updated.
3. Telephonic post-treatment and retail follow-ups with customers.
4. Manage customer complaints, product returns, etc ensure the highest level of customer service is adhered to in the store.
5. Manage the POS system
6. Manage the day-to-day staff, and roster coverage.
7. Assist the concept store manager with staff assessments and training of new and existing staff.
8. Inventory is managed monthly and recorded
9. Responsible for supporting the smooth running of daily operations in the store,
10. The store is always correctly stocked, cleaned, and merchandised effectively.
11. The effective planning of, and participation during in store promotions.
12. Participation in company promotional events e.g. marketing activities, golf days, launches, training and trade shows.
13. Maintain the highest level of personal hygiene and professional appearance at all times
14. Ensure that all tasks and administration are performed according to the Policies and Procedures manual.
15. To be completely familiar with all products, treatments and concepts offered as well as all policies as outlined in the Policies and Procedures manuals.
16. Maintain product knowledge by attending all classes regularly and to pass regular assessments (theory and practical)
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 year Skin Care diploma
- 4 years experience in a supervisory role
- Previous experience with high end skin care brand
- Microsoft Office proficient
