We are seeking a seasoned and dedicated Skipper for our 51 foot, luxury yacht, which takes tourists on exclusive deep-sea fishing excursions. If you have a background in a similar luxury environment and excel at providing top-notch service to high-end guests, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate the luxury yacht, ensuring all passengers have an exceptional experience.
• Maintain the vessel, including fibre glass work, painting, and gel coating.
• Manage a small fleet of vehicles in Cape Town, ensuring daily cleanliness, scheduling services, and upkeep.
• Provide excellent customer service to our luxury guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a skipper in a luxury setting.
• Proven track record of deep-sea fishing and dealing with high-end clientele.
• In-depth knowledge of vessel maintenance, including fibre glass, painting, and gel coating.
• Experience managing and maintaining vehicles.
• Prior experience with 40-80 foot Princess vessels is highly advantageous.
