Social Media Coordinator

SUMMARY:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to take charge of social media and direct marketing initiatives across digital channels. Reporting to the marketing managers, this position focuses on producing engaging content, expanding online communities, and converting interactions into tangible results. You will also collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist to manage paid social campaigns and explore emerging platforms.

POSITION INFO:

Key Duties
Community Engagement and Content Management
Craft tailored content for various social media platforms to boost audience interaction and build community loyalty
Actively engage with users by replying to comments and messages while working closely with the customer service team to provide prompt responses
 
Data Analysis and Social Media Strategy
Plan and execute the launch of new content and major campaigns across digital platforms
Track and evaluate social media performance metrics to uncover opportunities for improvement and revenue growth
Provide strategic recommendations for addressing complex consumer inquiries on social platforms
 
Paid Advertising and Platform Development
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Specialist to design and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media
Identify and explore new digital marketplaces like TikTok Shop and Amazon to expand the brand’s reach and visibility
 
Problem Solving and Consumer Relations
Address customer concerns by coordinating with internal departments, such as product development and customer service, to find effective solutions
Assess situations on social platforms to decide when the company should engage or step back from discussions
 
Innovation and Digital Tools
Stay informed about the latest social media trends and technologies, implementing tools that align with the brand’s needs
Support the launch of new initiatives to strengthen digital engagement
 
Skills and Qualifications
Extensive experience managing social media accounts on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
Knowledgeable in email marketing strategies and tools
Advanced proficiency in analyzing data through tools like Google Analytics and social media reporting software
