SUMMARY:
Are you passionate about IT support and helping others? My client seeks a Software & End-User Support Specialist in Cape Town (with occasional travel to Stellenbosch). The ideal candidate is customer-focused, communicative, organized, and proactive, able to work independently and in a team while maintaining confidentiality and trust.
POSITION INFO:
What You'll Do:
- Provide end-user IT software support
- Respond to support requests via email, helpdesk system, and phone
- Maintain and publish supporting documentation on IT systems
- Deliver basic software training (MS Office, iManage, CMS)
- Assist with MS Office, iManage/Worksite, and other application queries
- Ensure compliance with company and legal IT standards
- Support meeting room and Teams connections (Calendar management)
- Provide IT software support at our Cape Town & Stellenbosch offices, with occasional remote support for other locations
What You Need:- Grade 12 qualification
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or customer service
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and MS Office (Word, Excel - Intermediate level)
- Experience assisting end users with software-related issues
- Previous training experience is an advantage
- Good problem-solving and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of iManage/Filesite is a plus
- Vehicle and valid licence- can discuss.
