Software Engineer / Integration Engineer

Global Technology company that specialise in ensuring Software Security are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join their Integration team. Work on series of world-class products and gain experience with some really interesting development led security practices.

Their software ensures security with data, communications, payments and protects content. The company have been operating successfully in Glasgow for just over 20 years now, and they are well respected in the tech community. They now have a global client base and build trusted securities software for billions of connected devices - many of us use their software every day without knowing it.

The ideal candidate will have several years of programming experience with C or C++, and will ideally be somewhat familiar with integrating products into different environments. You'll be tasked to engage with customers to identify their needs, create the integration design, carry out the implementation and suggest best practices needed for the tools to ensure it's been optimised correctly. Additionally you will be responsible for the ongoing management of the tools to ensure everything continues to run as it should.

In this role you'll be working closely with three market leading products that business own - so will be expected to learn them thoroughly, additionally you will be expected to pick up technologies needed for each product / implementation - but full training can be provided.

The company have offices worldwide (Glasgow, Germany, France etc) and you will be working as part of the global team that sits at about 20+ strong - the team is rich with experience so there will be plenty of opportunities to help you upskill in certain areas (mobile, Cloud etc).

Your skills & Experience:
** Good knowledge of C or C++.
** Several years of commercial experience within a strong technical environment.
** Understand or experience with Integration work.
** Good client facing skills / strong communication skills

The following experience is highly desirable;
** Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
** Linux
** Mobile Development

Their office is based in Glasgow city centre, walking distance from both Central Station and Queen Street - however this role can be done remotely if required.
