SUMMARY:
Our automotive client is looking for a Rev 8 Autoline IT Support Lead to conduct user training for each department and manage full system integration and functionality within the business units.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications required:

Matric / Grade 12 completed
Rev 8 Autoline courses/certifications
Diploma or Degree in IT or similar is advantageous

Job description:

User training and dealer support with regard to CRM, Showroom, Parts, Service, workshop Loading, VHC, MS interfaces, Fleet Kompact, Daily Rentals and Vehicles Modules
Attend to and resolving system queries
Product testing and system patching
Ensure CRM records are updated
System updates
