Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of solar PV systems, ensuring each system is functioning optimally.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot any issues to ensure continuous and efficient power generation.
• Work with a team to complete solar installation projects, adhering to project timelines and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of installed systems to prevent and address potential malfunctions.
• Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in solar technology to ensure high-quality service.

• Demonstrated knowledge of solar systems, the solar industry, and principles of solar power generation.
• Hands-on experience with solar panels and solar system components.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Certification or formal training in solar energy technology is preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently when required.
