SUMMARY:
Raizcorp is looking for a highly experienced, professional, and intelligent salesperson to sell a variety of BEE solution products to corporates within South Africa.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This role is ideal for any serious salesperson who is looking to create great impact with their products and solutions while simultaneously building their own intrapreneurial business within our Sales team.

You must be strong at developing and generating your own new business within a corporate market.  As we walk a journey with clients, relationship selling and the ability to forge strong business relationships is vital.  Your product offering will see corporates achieve stronger BBBEE scores and help them implement better strategies.  You do not have to be experienced in the BBEE scorecard as we will provide intensive training, however you do need to be able to learn, grow and develop into this new field.

Salary consists of a strong basic salary and commission on all sales (including a renewal / annuity commission when existing clients recontract with us).  You will also be provided with detailed industry training and development, a laptop computer and fuel reimbursement.  We’re only looking for serious and professional salespersons.

What does this role do?
In this role you will partner with corporate clients and help them solution a BEE strategy that optimises their BEE strategy and sees the client obtain optimal verification ratings.  This is achieved primarily through selling enterprise development, supplier development and skills development programmes focussed on the entrepreneurial market.  Once you have secured the business, a separate team will drive the onboarding of entrepreneurs to these programmes.  You will only be involved in the sales component of the work.

The role is intensively focussed on new business development and new client acquisition, and to this aid you must be experienced in corporate business development.  An existing network or strong networking capability is essential.

What experience is preferred?
You must have current business to business solutions sales experience.  We are not looking for product sales professionals – you must have strong hands-on customer service / solutions sales experience.  We’re also looking for people with a pattern for success and loyalty – we regret job hoppers will not be considered.  Your own vehicle and valid drivers license is also critical.

Minimum requirements
·        A degree / diploma in sales / commerce

·        Minimum 5 years’ experience in boardroom / b2b sales

·        You must currently be in a corporate solution sales role

·        Proven ability to cold call, target and drive new business

·        Proven ability to consistently hit targets

·        Proven ability in dealing with a longer, corporate sales cycle

·        The strong ability to network and drive strong business relationships

·        Ability to learn a lot in short time
