Candidate Requirements:

Must have previous experience in a Sous Chef role
Must be a strong leader
License and own vehicle will be preferable - however not necessary
Must be organized
Able to consistently produce good quality food
Must be knowledgeable on the latest food trends
Understand basic health and safety
Understand basic food hygiene practices
Good Communication skills
Attention to detail
Must be organized
Must reference very well with a good Food Portfolio!

This is a live-in position with meals included. Bednights after 3 months of employment.
