Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Luxury Spa Manager to oversee all aspects of our spa operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spa management, a passion for wellness, and the ability to lead a team in delivering unparalleled service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery and an exceptional guest experience.

• Staff Leadership: Hire, train, and manage spa staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

• Financial Oversight: Develop and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to achieve revenue targets.

• Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate on marketing initiatives to attract and retain clients, including the development of promotional campaigns and partnerships.

• Inventory Management: Ensure adequate stock levels of spa products and supplies, maintaining relationships with suppliers for optimal pricing and quality.

• Compliance and Safety: Ensure the spa complies with all health regulations and safety standards, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in spa management, preferably in a luxury or high-end setting.

• Education: Relevant qualifications in spa management, hospitality, or a related field.

• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities. Proficiency in spa management software and financial acumen.
