Beautiful Wine Estate in Cape Winelands is looking for a SPA MANAGER.

POSITION INFO:
The ideal candidate for the Spa Manager role at this luxury destination is a compassionate leader with a deep understanding of wellness and hospitality. They should excel in managing daily spa operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and fostering a positive work environment for staff well-being. With expertise in spa treatments, marketing, and financial management, the candidate should bring creativity and professionalism to enhance the spa's offerings. Relevant qualifications in aesthetics, substantial experience in luxury hospitality, and proficiency in software like Shedul and Easipos are essential. They should also align with the company's commitment to excellence and personalized service.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 5 years as a Spa Manager.
Very detail orientated and organized.
Knowledgeable of spa treatments and operations.
Ability to work under pressure.
Understanding of Microsoft, Shedul, and preferably
Easipos.
