Spa Manager/Receptionist/Back-up Therapist

Basic:                   R10 000 – R12 000 with commission
Area:                    Stellenbosch
 
Starting Date:    Immediately
Shifts:                   9 am to 6pm Monday to Saturday, Spa is closed on Sundays
 
We are looking for a driven assistant manager that is willing to step into a small yet busy spa and manage and lead the current team to greater success.  Someone who is willing to go the extra mile to secure a great salary and achieve personal success.
 
Requirements

• Beauty Diploma preferably CIDESCO, SAAHSP and/or ITEC
• Minimum 2 years in a senior therapist or Assistant Manager role
• Microsoft Proficiency, especially Excel
• ESP experience an advantage
• Mature and responsible
• Passionate and target driven
• Well-groomed to present the brand
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Own reliable transport
• Strong leadership skills
• Flexible and available to work late shifts.
• One off weekend per month.
• Market related basic salary, commission, and performance incentives.
