• Greet and welcome spa guests, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
• Manage spa appointments, bookings, and cancellations efficiently using our reservation system.
• Handle guest inquiries about treatments, services, and facilities, offering knowledgeable recommendations.
• Process payments and manage cash and card transactions accurately.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area, ensuring a relaxing atmosphere for all guests.
• Assist with retail sales of spa products, providing guests with advice and information.
• Coordinate with spa therapists to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in a spa or hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A welcoming and professional demeanor with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in using booking or reservation software.
