SUMMARY:
An Award winning 5 Star game lodge requires an experienced and dynamic Spa receptionist to manage bookings at their high end spa.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

                           Key Responsibilities:
  • Recording and confirming spa reservations on ESP
  • Responding to all reception emails
  • Orientating spa guests about the spa facilities and amenities
  • Daily administration
  • Maximise income by sales of retail products
                            Requirements:
  • Must have Grade 12
  • Must have 2-3 years’ experience in a Reception position in a well-established and professional spa
  • Be computer literate with experience on ESP
  • Excellent communication skill in English, both written and verbal
                        This is a live-in position
