SPA THERAPIST - Confident in Male Grooming (Waxing, Skin Care etc)

CAPE TOWN - Western-Cape (ZA)

START: A.S.A.P / 01 April 2025

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday - Friday 09:00am - 18:00pm / 10:00am - 19:00pm (rotate shifts)
• Saturday 09:00 - 17:00
• Sunday CLOSED

REPORTS TO: Manager / Owner

EMPLOYMENT TERMS: Full time (3-month probation applies)

SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS

• R8,000 - R10,000 Basic Salary (Based on experience & skills)

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / BABTAC or internationally recognized accreditation
2. DIPLOMA Health & Skin Care / Beauty Therapy / Somatology / Cosmetology
3. Based in or within reasonable travel distance to the City
4. Beautifully groomed, manicured and presentable
5. Confident and experience in grooming services for male & female clients, including waxing (intimate areas, body and face)

EXPERIENCE:

1. Cruise Ship OR international employment experience is favorable
2. high-end salon 
3. Experience working with active ingredients and exposure to aesthetic services (Bonus)
4. Experience working on male and female clients offering grooming, beauty and spa services

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:

1. Confident and skilled in all standard SPA, BEAUTY & SKIN CARE services
2. Confident working on male and female clients
3. Confident performing a detailed skin analysis
4. Ability to effectively prescribe relevant home care to clients accordingly
5. Retail confident
6. Confidently re-book clients where applicable
7. Strong team dynamic, but able to work on your own without supervision
8. Ability to work in luxury environment with high-end clients from around the world
