SUMMARY:
Job Purpose:
Lead the spare parts sales department, build customer relationships, drive sales, and manage imports/exports. Ensure smooth coordination with other departments and use ERP systems to improve efficiency.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Management:
- Lead the sales team, meet targets, and maintain customer relationships.
- Provide product advice and resolve customer issues.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor the Senior Sales Coordinator.
- Conduct regular training and set clear performance goals.
Collaboration:
- Coordinate with finance, procurement, and production to process orders efficiently.
Import & Export:
- Manage spare parts shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance.
Reporting:
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and identify growth opportunities.
ERP Systems:
- Use ERP systems to streamline sales and inventory management.

Qualifications:

Business degree or related field.
3-5 years in sales, preferably in mining/manufacturing.
Knowledge of engineering parts and ERP systems.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Working Conditions:

Based in Jhb South with occasional travel to customer sites.
