Administrating of Senior Consultants files.

POSITION INFO:

KEY OUTPUTS:

• Administrating of Senior Consultants files.
• Admin and provisional maintenance.
• Attention to detail on file details like dietaries and loading of movements and reconfirmations of files.
• Ensuring lead times for responses are met according to standard operating practices.
• A good understanding of specific requirements for FIT itineraries

Communication and Values.

• Constant, consistent and clear communication daily with reservations team and suppliers.
• Upholding the values of &Beyond ... Care of the people, Care of land and Care of the wildlife.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

• Good understanding of delivering excellent service to agents and consultants.
• Excellent written and verbal Spanish and English.
• Some understanding of a reservation’s environment is advantageous.
• Computer literate with strong working knowledge of Basic Level Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of Tourplan or any other reservations system advantageous.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Time & desk management including working in an orderly focused manner
• The ability to work under pressure and show initiative
• Understanding of travel industry and preferably Tour Operating specifically
• Elaborating in writing explanations or descriptions
• Must be computer literate and have an in-depth knowledge of Word and Excel
• Calm and professional manner assisting the Travel Specialists
• A willingness and aptitude to learn
• Fluent in both verbal and written Spanish preferably South American Spanish

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Tourism/Travel-Related Qualification (degree/diploma/certificate) preferable
• 1- 2 years administration experience preferable
