KPA's
- ECW Administrative functions
Manage dispute handling
Manage merchant onboarding process
Monitor system audit trail
Manage and process PIN reset
Other functions pertaining to the ECW process
Run reports
Manage turnaround times as per SLA's
Take ownership and manage the storage and access of all KYC documentation
Register all merchants with in agreed turnaround times as per SLA
Assist in preparing regulatory compliance reports
Compile and present detail reports on monthly back-office performance
Recommend changes for improvement and simplify Back-office policies
Encourage service excellence
Introduce and promote the use of cost-saving processes
Requirements/Qualifications:
3-year degree/Diploma preferred
Matric certificate
2-years recent relevant industry experience
Candidates must have a Clear credit history and
Clear criminal record and preferably drivers license and be able to do flexible hours(shifts).
