An exciting opportunity awaits a results-driven Specialist: Sourcing to join a leading organisation’s procurement team. This role is perfect for a seasoned sourcing professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for value creation.

Our client is seeking an individual who will manage the end-to-end procurement process across categories and commodities, driving savings through Total Cost Ownership (TCO) models. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to define requirements, perform in-depth market and spend analysis, and lead complex negotiations with suppliers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the full RFX process and managing governance throughout
• Building and maintaining strategic supplier relationships
• Developing and implementing category strategies and sourcing plans
• Ensuring contract compliance and managing contract life cycles
• Driving performance through supplier development and effective stakeholder engagement

The ideal candidate will bring:

• A minimum of 5 years'' experience in a sourcing environment with large-scale projects
• A 3-year relevant qualification (CIPS Level 5 or NQF Level 6); a Bachelor''s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Law, IT or Science (NQF Level 7) is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of the ICT and Telecommunications industries
• Solid understanding of strategic procurement frameworks and BBBEE legislation
• Demonstrated ability to lead, negotiate, and influence at all levels
