The role will be working 37.5 hours a week with days that will be rotating and are dictated by the events calendar.
 
An exciting new opportunity to join our brand new Sportsbook venture. As a Sportsbook Content Executive - Netherlands, you will be part of a dedicated team.  Reporting into the Content Team Leader - Netherlands, you will work closely with our Sportsbook Ops, Customer Analysis, Customer Support, Marketing and 3rd Party Trading teams as well as other key departments throughout the business to execute the overall Sportsbook content strategy in accordance with pre-set policies and procedures and delivering a first class betting experience for our customers. Fluent written and spoken Dutch required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure Dutch app and site content is fully translated and optimised including regular checks to make sure display orders, coupons and banners are shown correctly on site for key events and markets for all Netherlands sportsbook products.
  • Ensure all sports betting Content is translated using correct terminology and engaging tone of voice to suit Netherlands sports fans
  • Support and educate the wider business in all Dutch related topics, signing off translated work from external teams when required.
  • Regularly test all key customer journeys to ensure a first class customer experience is delivered at all times. (Navigation, betting experience, Ts & Cs, promotions etc)
  • Manage all content related escalations real time and take decisions to resolve as quickly and effectively as possible, minimising customer impact and business risk.
  • Contribute towards the improvement of site procedures and the tools which support it.
  • Support our product team with internal testing requirements for all content related product developments.
  • Execute all promotions and customer communications in a timely fashion, meeting customer demand.
  • Work with the scheduling team to execute detailed content plans in line with our agreed localised Content strategy.
  • Deliver all site content following the signed off schedule, managing content live and making real time decisions when required.
  • Own the banner management process, from building to execution.
  • Build and maintain all coupons on site, regularly reviewing performance and benchmark against key local marketplace competitors.
  • Carry out daily tasks within the sportsbook CMS, such as config and translations for betting content, including market names, grouping and layout templates.
  • Ensure all betting rules and terms and conditions are always up to date.
  • Map video streaming to events to enable our customers to watch live action
  • Work closely with the FAQ team within Customer Support to ensure the timely display of any FAQ content that is required along with any Terms and Conditions that need to be updated.
  • Liaise with the Sportsbook Management team with regards any issues and follow up with 3rdParty and internal Web development to ensure resolution.
  • Follow up all outstanding customer queries and provide detailed updates and resolutions.
  • Regular competitor analysis in local market
 
Key Skills/Experience
  • Fluent in written and spoken Dutch.
  • Excellent knowledge of sports and betting products, ideal but not essential
  • Always thinking like a Player, from start to end of ideas. They are the cornerstone of every decision we make.
  • Understanding of sports trading / liabilities (preferred).
  • Ability to react quickly to live sporting events.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Significant experience working within an operating Sportsbook.
  • Demonstrable ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  • A flexible attitude and willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and UK bank holidays.
