POSITION INFO:
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and caring Staff Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential nursing care to our elderly residents, ensuring their health and well-being while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Administer medication and monitor residents' health conditions
Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
Collaborate with doctors, caregivers, and families to create and implement care plns
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Maintain accurate health records and reports
Respond to medical emergencies and perform first aid when necessary
 
Qualifications:
Valid nursing license (RN or EN)
Previous experience in elderly care or healthcare is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication in Afrikaans and English 
Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Flexible with working shifts ( Day & Night Shift)
