Matric

Requirements

Proven experience in stock control, inventory management, or a related role.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).

Duties

Stock Management: Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory records.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Use Excel and other tools to analyse stock data, track aged material, and generate detailed reports for management.
Stock Auditing: Conduct regular stock audits to verify accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
Forecasting & Planning: Assist in forecasting stock requirements based on usage trends and demand analysis.
Supplier Coordination: Work closely with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in stock control and suggest improvements to optimize inventory turnover.
Compliance & Record Keeping: Maintain proper documentation of stock movements, discrepancies, and adjustments
