Qualifications

Matric
Experience within the Baking Industry

Requirements

Well spoken
Excel and Sage literacy
Understanding of Rebates and Early settlement discounts

Duties

Stock receiving and ordering
Stock issuing
Inventory control
Stock take and variance investigations
Implement FIFO system
Assist production as needed
Supplier liaising
Price negotiations with suppliers
