Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking a Stock Controller to join their team in Hazyview

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12
Post-school Accountancy/ Finance Diploma or higher
Stock Control experience in a Hospitality Industry (3 Years)
In depth Knowledge of Food Cost Calculation
In depth Knowledge of Purchases to Revenue Calculation
Microsoft Package with Excel proficiency (essential)
1 year Materials Control (Essential)
Time management
Attention to detail
Materials Control: 1 year (Preferred)
Purchase to Revenue Calculation: 2 years (Preferred)
Food Cost Calculation: 2 years (Preferred)
Hotel Stock Control: 3 years (Preferred)
