Our client in the automotive industry is looking for a Stock Controlling/Service Advisor to join their team in Malelane
POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
- Matric certificate
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry will be advantageous
- 3-5 years' experience in a Senior Administrative role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of stock control and inventory management
- Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs
- Advise clients on necessary repairs and maintenance, providing clear cost estimates
- Schedule and coordinate repairs efficiently with the service department
- Maintain accurate digital records of service details, parts usage, and repair status
- Oversee stock control and manage inventory levels to ensure part availability
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
