Stock Data & Customer Liaison Administrator

SUMMARY:
Do you have experience managing stock data, recording serial  numbers, stock orders, extensive liaison with clients and working on an Accounting system for stock management?
 
Our client in Montague Gardens requires a self managed individual that can manage and take ownership of the customer orders and stock data function enabling the best customer service.

Must have 5 years’ experience and experience managing stock on an Accounting system.

REQUIREMENTS

• Matric, relevant qualifications advantageous
• Experience in a similar role – preferably more than 5 years
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy are absolutely essential
• Highly responsible personality
• Proactive, Organised, Analytical
• Ability to supervise with confidence and not being afraid to speak up
• Working knowledge of Sage Accounting or similar
• Computer literate

• Extensive professional client liaison
• Ensure the smooth functioning of the admin office and the operations related to orders and invoicing
• Liaising with courier companies and understanding and controlling all exports
• Liaising with customers with respect to their orders
• Understand the flow of the operation to ensure smooth running for a customer order from start to finish
• Supervise the admin assistant and review her work
• Assist with preparing quotes and invoices
• Ensure orders are completed and sent out timeously and accurately
• Oversee the warehouse staff and control of orders from receipt to completion
• Answer incoming calls
• General and ad hoc office duties
