Stock Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for an experienced Stock Control Manager in their warehouse, ensuring compliance with management processes while optimising performance and minimising stock discrepancies.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock Management: Maintain accurate inventory, reconcile stock deliveries, and ensure efficient movement through primary and secondary distribution.
• Reporting & Documentation: Oversee stock variance reports, manage customer delivery proof, and resolve queries promptly.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure adherence to stock control practices and regulatory requirements.
• Performance Improvement: Drive initiatives for operational efficiency, improve stock management processes, and implement projects.
• Team Leadership: Manage and motivate the team to meet performance goals and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: BComm or degree in Logistics, Transport, Business Management, or Finance.
• Experience: 5+ years in stock control/warehousing, 3+ years in a management role.
• Skills: SAP experience, business software proficiency, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
