• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement actions to boost store performance.
• Use sales data and market insights to optimize stock levels and merchandising decisions.
• Recruit, train, and mentor store staff, fostering a positive and productive environment.
• Provide regular coaching to ensure staff deliver high-quality service and meet performance expectations.
• Oversee staff scheduling to ensure optimal store coverage.
• Ensure outstanding customer service is delivered consistently, building strong relationships with customers.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
