POSITION INFO:
Requirements

Minimum 2 years of management experience, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
A strong track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
High-energy, results-driven, and proactive in approach.
Strong leadership, accountability, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to think strategically and implement efficient processes.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability.
Implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
Maintain a customer-focused environment that drives engagement and satisfaction.
