Store Supervisor

SUMMARY:
Our client is opening a new store in George, and they are looking for a Store Supervisor to lead their small team.  They offer an exclusive range of mouth watering delicious treats. 

This position will suite an energetic vibrant person with:

• Previous retail or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, train and motivate a small team of 3 enthusiastic staff members in a range of aspects impacting a retail store. 
• Oversee daily operations and ensure the store runs smoothly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster a positive shopping environment.
• Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
