SUMMARY:
Our client in the mining / manufacturing industry is seeking an Storeman, to join their team in Rustenburg, North-West Province.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Position: Storeman
Industry: Mining / Manufacturing
Location: Rustenburg, North West Province
Salary: Market Related Salary

Qualifications and Experience:

Grade 12
Proficient in both English and Afrikaans.
5 years’ experience in a demanding customer service environment.
MS Office
Syspro

Responsibilities:

Demand Planning
Maximise sales revenue through correct stock holding and stock replenishment systems.
Manage Vendor Management Inventory.
Respond timeously to RFQ`s.
Prepare professional responses and quotations.
Follow up on all quotations, outstanding back orders.
Receive orders, dispatch, and invoice stock.
Arrange timeous delivery.
Maintain a POD register for all invoices generated.
Ensure all invoices are signed and loaded for payment.
Ensure all service call outs are quoted and invoiced accordingly.
Cross reference job cards with invoices.
