POSITION INFO:
The candidate will hold a crucial role in managing inventory, controlling stock levels, processing sales, and interacting with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory and maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Utilize Syspro for inventory management.
- Handle emergency call outs and provide assistance to technicians during the week and on weekends when spares are required.
- Engage and assist customers both telephonically and walk-ins.
- Process sales and promote special offers to customers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of Syspro and understanding of min-max levels.
- Must possess excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Must have reliable transport.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
