POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all breakdowns of fleet ensuring timely mobilization.
• Obtain parts at optimal prices and manage the parts store effectively.
• Purchase and control inventory of parts, ensure seamless administration of parts procurement and distribution.
• Maintain security of the parts store and manage stock levels.
• Conduct regular audits and handle defective parts claims.
• Compile accident repair costs for in-house and external services.
• Provide administrative support for breakdowns and update vehicle histories.
• Issue parts to mechanics and assist with service scheduling.
• Ensure adherence to safety and security standards in the storage area.

• Experience in parts management and procurement.
• Ability to handle breakdowns and ensure timely vehicle repairs.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in maintaining audit trails and managing stock levels.
• Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

• The position requires alternating weeks of outside breakdown assistance.
• Attend RTMS meetings and maintain statistics on breakdowns.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required to support the workshop and depot operations.
