Our client within the hygiene sector, based in Gqeberha, seeks to employ a Stores & Service Coordinator to join their operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:
  • Issuing out all installations and withdrawals tickets on a daily basis.
  • Supervise loading and offloading of vehicles.
  • Liaising with customers telephonically to schedule installations and services.
  • Planning around and booking vehicles for services.
  • Managing fuel cards.
  • Checking stock back from returns.
  • Managing installation and maintenance teams.
  • Updating routing of clients when changes are required.
  • Checking services closed on the system.
  • Liaising and or supplying service schedules to customers to keep them informed of scheduled visits.
  • Assist with monthly stock takes.
  • Attend weekly meetings.
Requirements:
  • Grade 12
  • Diploma in Stock Management and Planning
  • 2-3 years' experience in Stores in a service-related environment
  • Admin skills
  • Code 08 license
