Stores Supervisor

A well established and reputable company based in Durban is looking for a Stores Supervisor

• Must be able to create and come up with new processes
• Have advanced excel and know systems
• Electronics component knowledge
• Previous experience as stores manager/ supervisor in the electronics industry
• Syspro knowledge
• Relevant tertiary education
• Perform any other job-related functions as instructed by management
• Update kit status in absence of manager
• Monitor and assist expeditors
• Maintain accurate levels of stock at all times.
• Assist with the supervision of stores in absence of manager
• Understand and Action Stores Key processes
• Job card Costing and sign off
• Chase WIP closure
• Maintain Dispatch, Driver and Vehicle Checklist Logs,
• Publish and maintain Finished goods warehouses
• Able to set priorities in line with the production schedule.
• Ability to work to defined schedules unsupervised.
• Ensure the highest level of housekeeping is maintained at all times.
• Stock adjustments on system
• Inventory analysis as required
