A well established and reputable company based in Durban is looking for a Stores Supervisor

Must be able to create and come up with new processes
Have advanced excel and know systems
Electronics component knowledge
Previous experience as stores manager/ supervisor in the electronics industry
Syspro knowledge
Relevant tertiary education
Perform any other job-related functions as instructed by management
Update kit status in absence of manager
Monitor and assist expeditors
Maintain accurate levels of stock at all times.
Assist with the supervision of stores in absence of manager
Understand and Action Stores Key processes
Job card Costing and sign off
Chase WIP closure
Maintain Dispatch, Driver and Vehicle Checklist Logs,
Publish and maintain Finished goods warehouses
Able to set priorities in line with the production schedule.
Ability to work to defined schedules unsupervised.
Ensure the highest level of housekeeping is maintained at all times.
Stock adjustments on system
Inventory analysis as required
