SUMMARY:
Our client in the agricultural sector has an opportunity available for a Strategic Workshop/Maintenance Manager in the Western Suburbs of Johannesburg.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:
  • Matric/Grade 12
  • Understanding of business administration, budget pilot programs, implement adjustments and modifications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Own reliable transport
Duties:
  • Oversee daily workflow of the maintenance department
  • Development and Implementations of Maintenance Standards across the business
  • Maintenance Support across the Business
  • Upkeep and verify maintenance standards
  • Maintenance Improvement Plans
