JOB PURPOSE
To provide exceptional student /customer service by promoting the brand image of the institution with the objective of increasing the student numbers and meeting all targets.
The role is demanding and diverse and involves:
- Using sales and marketing techniques and networking in order to attract students.
- Developing a good understanding of students
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Matric
Relevant degree preferable
Strong sales background essential
Industry experience advantageous

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create brand awareness and increase student numbers
Attend Corporate business
Attending to student’s inquiries regarding registration and assistance on course material
Completing registration documentation
Telemarketing to prospective students
Assisting with Functions
Provide student support
Compile Feedback Reports and ensure that it is correct and delivered on time.
General Sales and Office Administration and Filing.
Assist with Career Presentations and Career Expo’s when required
SALARY STRUCTURE: Basic + Commission + overtime
