The successful candidate will assist with front-of-house duties, ensuring a welcoming and efficient office environment, and will also support the bookkeeping function by assisting with data entry and basic financial tasks. Educational Requirements
Grade 12 with equivalent financial qualification

Experience Requirements
Preferably 1 years' experience in admin and bookkeeping.

Key Performance Areas:
Reception/admin:

• Answer and direct phone calls courteously and efficiently.
• Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
• Assist with managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Help maintain an organized and tidy reception area.
• Provide basic administrative support to team members as needed (e.g., photocopying, scanning, filing).
• Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
• Maintain office supplies and inform supervisor when reordering is needed.

• Assist with basic data entry of financial transactions into Xero.
• Help with filing and organizing financial documents.
• Assist with reconciling bank statements (under supervision).
• Assist with basic invoice preparation.
• Perform other bookkeeping-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
