SUMMARY:
A dynamic logistic company is seeking a Sub-Contracting Manager to join their growing concern. This will be remote working in Gauteng.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements: 
  • Minimum NQF 6 qualification, preferably within Logistics.
  • Completed Management Program would be advantageous.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in road logistic environment.
  • Sales and Marketing experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing of offered transport services.
  • Obtaining of suitable subcontractor transporters.
  • Daily Customer liaison concerning demand and performance.
  • Daily Sub-contractor controlling.
  • Introduce Managed Partners.
  • Grow and develop team members.
