SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking energised Super-Merchant Support Trainers for the Stellenbosch and Gauteng region.  The ideal candidate key traits are being people focused, inspiring, mentor, detail-orientated, thorough and organized to join this dynamic team.
Sales experience will be an advantage to assist the Consultants to grow the footprint of the Point-of- sale (POS) card payment device merchants market in the SMME market.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:
Grade 12/Higher education level
Experience in Training and handling Customer support
Sales background
Meet all own sales quotas and goals
Understand customer needs and offer solutions
Prospect for potential leads from networks, directories, web and digital sources
Fluency in demonstrating the devices and related software
Sourcing sales opportunities through cold calls and door-to-door field sales
Clearly explain the advantages and benefits of the device and software solutions
Process sales information on the CRM platform
Process orders /quotes via email, phone, face-to-face
Collection and delivering of devices to merchants
Ensure merchants are properly onboarded
Assist merchants with additional software on the devices
Train merchants to sue the device to take payments and VAS
Regular follow-up on merchants to ensure traction and usage of POS devices
Ensure client satisfaction
Communicate feedback from Merchants internally
Analyze your Sales consultants workflow reports on CRM platform
Assist sales consultants to meet and exceed goals
Control stock availability, deliver and replacement process

Clear criminal and Credit history

Experience:
Know and understand the Card Payment industry
Know and understand the Merchant Onboarding process
Understand the Merchant Settlement Cycle and Point of Sale software
Understand Device Operations (Activation, Repairs & Logistics)
Understand and able to apply Policies(Warrantee & Privacy policy)
Able to use the UI of (Genesis, AnyDesk, Cashier App, TMS & Paycloud)
Know and able to use communications channels (VOIP, WhatsApp, FreshDesk)
